Fabric inventory

Fabric inventory, import, export management are all managed by professional app.
Fabric is managed by shelfs locaiton.
Electric insecticides and plastic curtains are installed at all entrances and exits

Fabric inspection machine

All fabric will be inspected by fabric inspection machinde and the results will be managed in profesional app.

Cutting room

After inspection , the fabric with good quality will be released in to the cutting room and start cutting.
Cutting parts will be inspected again.
All the results are managed by a professional app.

There are 8 sewing lines.
All sewing machines are JUKI machine.
Line management are also managed by JUKI's JANET system.
It is possible to produce about 5,000 pieces a day.

Inspectation

Products will be inspected in line, then passed into the inspection room for final checking.
All the results are managed by professional app.

Package

After finishing needle inspection, the products will be started to package according to the customer's instruction.
We are aslo welcome to support the external inspections and external on-site inspections.

We can make the sample product according to cumstomer's request.
